“The partnership with Priva will be a transformation for our company as it significantly extends our reach in the market,” said Thomas Larssen, President of ALPS.
Australis Capital Inc., which operates as AUDACIOUS, said its majority-owned subsidiary ALPS has entered into a partnership agreement with Priva, a leading technology company in the development and sale of hardware, software and data services in the field of air conditioning, energy saving and optimal water reuse.
The company said the partnership will focus on co-marketing ALPS ‘advanced compliance and maintenance service solution, APIS, across the global horticulture industry.
He noted that Priva is the world leader in environmental climate solutions for the horticultural sector, offering sustainable solutions that optimize climate control and generate savings in energy and water use.

Priva operates 16 offices around the world, is present in over 100 countries and has a large installed customer base of over 12,000 projects. With this solid foundation, Australis said the partnership between ALPS and Priva was well placed to present the new APIS solution to a captive audience.
“The partnership with Priva will be a transformation for our company as it significantly expands our reach in the market,” ALPS President Thomas Larssen said in a statement.
“Like us, Priva is an integral part of the horticulture industry, is incredibly respected and has a global reach that is hard to match. The partnership with Priva offers a significant opportunity for AUDACIOUS to accelerate the commercial deployment of its APIS system. We believe that this partnership should contribute to strong revenue growth for ALPS and AUDACIOUS, ”he added.
Australis said that the ALPS team of specialists created the APIS system to provide a highly advanced industry-level (predictive) maintenance and compliance service solution, specifically focused on greenhouses and other indoor, environment-controlled agricultural operations.
APIS consists of a suite of tools and services designed to help achieve GMP compliance and dramatically improve maintenance efficiency, efficiency, performance, and predictive modeling. It integrates with multiple greenhouse subsystems and processes to deliver significant overall process improvements, generating significant and lasting return on investment for operators, the company added.
“Rather than adapting and using existing systems from various industries and vendors with no roots in our industry, we chose to build our APIS solution ourselves from scratch,” explained Larssen.
“APIS meets today’s needs while ensuring that operations stand the test of time. It really is an industry system, by industry and for industry, and that’s why the interest is so high. “
John van der Wilk, Priva Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, added: “Priva and ALPS are the gold standard in our respective segments of the horticultural value chain.
“With the partnership between Priva and ALPS, we can provide optimal compliance solutions, using our latest Priva cloud technology, integrated with APIS software. “
